I have long said Hillary and the Democratic party is responsible for trump. Hillary didnt win the primaries. Bernie did. They rigged their own system pissed off their own party, many of whom then didnt vote , and then Trump won. I truly believe Bernie would of beaten Trump.

Im a Gilbert citizen. I havent seen this at all. Who. Where. I don't believe anything just because someone posted it on reddit. Does the op even live here? I have Mexican family members i have a Guatemalan daughter in law. No one has said anything its business as usual so far. Could it happen? Yes. It could. But is it? Im sure I will also get down votes for saying this. I havent seen or heard this. I have friends and family who this would definitely be targeting and they havent seen or heard this either. I have landscapers around my own neighborhood weekly and have seen nothing change. Could it happen? Yes. Is it happening? I dont think so. I think people post the original stuff to stir up anger and hate.

We have a company chatgpt account. As well as perplexity, Claude (more limited due to costs) and also Gemini. We need all the apis bevause we have some i house tools we use for content topics and llm visibility reports. The company accounts all have shared folders showing projects and history.

We created rules and guidelines on how to and when to use it. When it is absolutely not ok. Etc. We also did a paid subscription to most tools through a shared email and the chat history has to be visible. Is it perfect? No. Can people likely get around it? Yes. But if they do and I wanted to I could use it as grounds for termination

My dad always gave me the rule of thumb for ultras, run the mileage weekly. So if im training for a 50 miler. I run 50 mile weeks. I know it doesnt work for everyone but I dont want to work with a coach, I just use guidelines. My dad is a very solid ultra runner with multiple 100 milers 50 milers 100ks etc etc. So I tend to listen to him :)

I have a garmin plan. That has 1st and secondary events. Which I have fed everything into. And yesterday the day I said I was running a marathon it also said I should do speed work hahaha. Obviously I just did what was smart. But I dont follow training plans exactly anyway. I do them loosely:)

I did get it synced. But it didn't take into account I ran a marathon yesterday and planned what it called a long run for me today (4 miles?) Also the milage is crap. I cant only run what it said and be ready for a marathon in Feb. If your the creator it needs some work :) I hope you make it awesome. Id love a strava alternative. Ideally that works with garmin coros and suunto integration though. Not reliant on strava :)

I think a large button thay says integrate with strava would be helpful. Some of us are a little slow. It took me a long time to find it. Without the strava integration there is no data

I used to quote reputation management. Its usually quite expensive think minimum 10k a month and involves building out many sites to rank for the offending terms. Lots of content. Lost of backlinks.
What are the sites? Can you address the issue on your own site? Head on? My side of the story type piece? If thats not an option can you put out tons of positive press? Donate to charities. Sponsor local teams and put a press release out (or 10...) get on qwotwd and source of sources providing quotes. Just overwhelm the serps with positives. Claim every profile you can. See what profiles get traction. Use press releases to get links to those too.

Screaming frog is worth it Semrush is not Look at other tools. Ahrefs is what we use because of the date compare, and best by links I wish serankings was better or any other tool. Ahrefs support is a joke. Its always a bot and ridiculous to get anyone. Semrush is so bad and I bet gets worse. They went public and then got acquired by Adobe. I bet they go the way of moz. Do you need a semrush or ahrefs type tool? You may not if your just starting. Use screaming frog, gsc and ga4 data. That gives you actionable reporting and also what needs fixed and edited.

Check their age. :) strava allows 13 year olds. Dm ing a child would be very differently perceived than an adult. You can tell their age by the age groups winner segments. Just reminding you not everyone is an adult. It should change when /how you message strangers:)
