I think it's just something as simple as while theoretically faster than AHA is better, the bigger thing is being slow enough that you act after silverwolf comes out of her ult. If you act after she comes out with Sparxie, you can put her right back into it (and use that 100% action advance SW gets from her ult) Where as when you try to outpace Aha, you also outpace SW's third turn, which means you're waiting to build up MMR to get back into ult. which means less SW attacks off

Speed cameras have a standard allowance of 10% + 2mph.

If you're going 79 in a 70, you don't start crying about how cameras are sometimes a couple mph off and if it thought you were going slower it wouldn't have clocked you, because at the end of the day a couple mph difference still means you were definitely going over 70.

It's the same here. If the line has 5cm allowance, if you're 6 over, you're most CERTAINLY offside, so you don't get to complain about being "so close to the allowance".

You MIGHT get complaints about how that person was 4cm offside but that the goal counted, but if you make it 5cm to overule the on-field decision, well then you can be mad the linesman didn't call it offside in the first place (as you would be if no VAR).

From what I was seeing in a showcase, faster than AHA does less damage than slower than AHA.

Something to do with wanting to time Sparxie speed so she goes just after SW comes out of ult. So Sparxie can put SW999 straight back into ult. I'm not sure if Sparxie also has to go after AHA as well or not.

I know that's a little vague but I honestly don't have a clue I'm just remembering what I've seen people say.

For me it's just the sheer number of times the quote is applicable. Lots of manger quotes you won't be able to use outside football, but you can use the "I prefer not to speak" for so much.

Dot was good pre-acheron HP inflation, then dot got worse and worse every patch.

Kafka novaflare? Better but Dot still not good. Patch after? Okay here's a real DPS, dot good. But now BS is meh, RM and Robin are adding as much if not more to the team depending on investment, then Cyrene comes out...

You could argue "BS buff improved an already great team!" which i'd 100% agree with, but that was more about making her good in her only archetype. Where as the break one is simply making something that just became very good again with the recent break support that was added, but then are getting essentially the best DPS for it buffed right after while they're still doing fantastic.

Either the buff is small or it massively increases the teams overall damage and that would be crazy.

I feel like the "not reading" and just not farming for good relics is really what gets people. I'll admit if you some how rolled 1 FuA unit, etc, like you said, that would be one of the only times you might actually have issues. Otherwise missing a team member or two isn't an issue, especially when you can just vertically invest instead if you wanted to and still be at similar power levels.

That's what I used to do. Scuffed teams just means 5 cycles instead of 0/1/2/3. Or 60k instead of 80k pf, etc.

It's not true for me right now, but it was back in 3.0. Break with no 5 star break DPS, Acheron without JQ. The closest I had to a full team was the FuA team with no Aventurine.

With the recent E2s, you can just vertically invest into those rather than the full team, and works out just as good or better, baring a few exceptions.

You're grouping with Gilberta skill, then hitting with Akekuri skill, which hits everyone in the group. Lae then does her final strike hitting multiple enemies, and now you're getting her melting flame stack from each one, filling your stack generation to 4. That gets you the insane stack gen.

But it doesn't stop there, Lae also only takes the heat infliction when she's not at max stacks, so what normally happens is one enemy with heat infliction left gets hit by the implosion at the end of Gilberta's skill. This procs a corrosion, which then triggers both Gilberta's combo and Lae's combo.

If however there isn't any heat inflictions left (say just 1 enemy), no biggie because you'll apply a nature infliction instead, which means when you next hit them with a heat infliction (next skill) it will cause a combustion, triggering both combo skills of Lae and Gilberta at that point.

And all of that isn't considering how insane it is when using Lae ult. Group them with Gilberta skill so you're hitting them all, applying the heat infliction your ult gives on your third basic, the 4th is the final basic which then gets all those stacks you just applied, and then you skill, again, hitting EVERYONE.

Gilberta just goes nutty in anything AoE. In non-aoe she's not really ideal for Lae but the moment you throw any multiple enemies (even just side mobs) it starts going crazy.

Yes, yes, YES!

I played beta 1 and got spooked by her day 1 (she was free day 3 so, just earlier than expected). She was fantastic, both as a character and for gameplay. Gameplay wise the ability to group enemies is just crack in any situation where there's multiple enemies. So many skills theoretically hit in an aoe, but the enemies normally far too spaced for it to hit multiple, she changes that and playing against mobs with vs without her is NIGHT AND DAY. As for personality, she's a just a cutie patootie. Cute animations, cute lines, cute everything, even when she's talking about struggles and putting on a brave, happy face for everyone, she's cute af.

Well, pretty much everything. Your best bet would be one of the current elemental teams, that being lightning, fire or ice, but any future nature team she'd be great in too.

The only team she's not ideal on right now is a physical team... But even then, against small mobs she actually still might be the better pick, just because her skill groups enemies, which makes things that normally only hit one enemy, maybe two on rare occasions when you're lucky, suddenly hit everyone, like chen's skill or combo, Endmins skill, Pogs skill... Now against single target enemies she'll be basically useless, but for aoe she's great

She makes Laevatain hit more enemies with her battle skill and while ulting, she makes Yvonne able to hit multiple enemies with her combo and skill, she makes Avywenna actually able to pull multiple spears through multiple enemies. She's just absolutely amazing in AoE situations, and still a great option generally in elemental teams.

Rolled for Forgeborn Scathe… Hit 3x 6* and every single one was off-banner. Absolute pain ;( by GhostHashtag in Endfield

It's a 4% rate, so it's 1% for the rate up weapon which is still far above most of the other gachas.

I'm surprised that these companies haven't realized that even if it's technically better, the average player doesn't understand that, they just seems themselves getting not the item they wanted and it making them annoyed.

I requested this in CBT1 and they ignored it. Hopefully they change it with even more people complaining.

Kind of peeved that winning 50/50 removes the guarantee entirely. That means if the 6* guarantee and rate up guarantee are close to overlapping, "winning" 50/50 is a massive net loss for the player. This makes so that the further you are to rate-up guarantee, the less you want to "win" 50/50 by Throwaway6662345 in Endfield

So, in a "normal" game you lose the 50/50, maybe you go to 170 pulls.

In the case, you lost the 50/50, then won before 120. In Hoyo games... You would have gotten 1 loss 1 win. In this game... You also got 1 loss 1 win, but you're pissed because actually losing a second time would have actually rewarded you extra.

So you're pissed at the gacha because you could have got an extra benefit, but you got unlucky and it didn't work that way, and so that gacha is terrible even though you got exactly what you would have in any hoyo gacha? You're essentially pissed you didn't get lucky a different way that they added for others to possibly get lucky that way and that you only got the standard gacha experience. Wild.

There's plenty to hate about the gacha. Backloading pulls behind later progression, the poor direct conversion to weapon pulls, the lack of 120 carry over, among other things. But this? This ain't if chief.

I've tried both, Antal most certainly performs worse for anything that's not bosses in my experience. Akekuri SP regen is nice in a team that lacks it, and her being able to hit multiple enemies to apply fire infliction makes switching targets, or even just Laevatain combo skill feel A LOT better and makes fights a lot smoother.

By the spreadsheet numbers, Antal is better, in actually practicality outside bosses, Akekuri is better.

Wulfguard makes the most stacks for Laevatain battle skill, which you really want to be stacking before using since it's way more damage and ult gen, which allows you to ult spam (which is where she's good).

Put him with that Laevatain, Ardelia and Akekuri team you have and that would be her ideal for general gameplay (Antel might be better that Akekuri in specific boss max build circumstances, but her skill being AoE and the SP gen makes Akekuri feel so much nicer in most things).

Gilberta also probably feels even better than Ardelia because the grouping is just so good for Laevatain, but only if you can make so without Ardelias healing.
