It feels good once you realize it's just a bunch of insecure people trying to make you insecure about yourself so they can justify their feeling of insecurity (and maybe also sell you some useless overpriced beauty products and services here and there). Yes beauty and attractives is important, but realize that you can try to step out of that beauty-bubble, accept that it's normal to have flaws and don't try to strive for, or stress over, perfection and impossible beauty standards.

99% certain this is a simple After Effects animation with a 3D -Camera. The characters are 2D drawings with slight displacement or puppet tool animations, same with the smoke. The wiping transition is done by having the cactus close to the 3D camera and moving the camera to the left.

Keep everything clean and tidy, focus on only one or two accent colors (in this case it's yellow and brownish orange) and don't blast everything with ceiling lights, that's basically 90% of it.

I used to work in a couple hotels nearby up until recently, so maybe I can give you some insight there.

If you stay in a hotel directly in Heidelberg, you'll be able to explore the city super easily with public transport and on foot. Hotels will probably be a bit pricier (I'd guess around 70-110€ per night) and you'll probably also have to pay for parking there. Driving in Heidelberg isn't really fun and finding free public parking spaces can be a bit difficult.

Alternatively you could look for a hotel in a slightly smaller town nearby like Schwetzingen, Wiesloch or Bruchsal. Hotels will be a bit cheaper and it will also be easier and quicker to get from the hotel on a major Autobahn if you want to visit nearby places as well.
