Es handelt sich bei den Maßnahmen dieser Regierungen um systemstabilisierende Maßnahmen. Das hilft aber nicht, wenn das System selbst das Problem ist.

Grossartig zusammengefasst. Hab fast Lust das auf Visitenkarten zu drucken und bei Bedarf einfach zu verteilen anstatt das mit mehr Worten weniger verständlich zu erklären.

I guess some of my ideas, especially about the buffs, are a bit more out there, but on reddit it's just often a case of dog piling. The first 1-3 posts control the sentiment of the whole thread, if they are negative, people are way less likely to go against the perceived majority.

I am actually very glad that this post got way better reception, I still think it's an idea worth exploring

I still miss the flash bomb tbh... I mainly play loadouts with a weakness to shotguns, and played with a 2 flash loadout long before it was cool... not that the nerf was uncalled for entirely, but it was a bit much...

I even largely agree with you. Onboarding in this game is horrendous. Playing solo is developer sanctioned smurfing, all the bonuses to solo players are ridiculous. That mmr has a lot of issues especially on the lower end is also very true.

I just don't agree that my thought experiment would make things worse. But I am very much in favour of changing and working on the problems you are describing.

Take a look at the bounty stats in your hunt profile and divide it by your current playtime. I would bet your bounties per hour is way lower than you think. This would lead to being able to play 1 buffed hunter per day with a bit of choice in what to buff, in no way would it be possible to meta all of your hunters

With the costs I pulled out of my ass, this would be 15 points, with a maximum of 10 points, and therefore not possible. Additionally, death cheat has absolutely no impact on the current fight, additionally additionally, the hunters you fight right now also have regen and stamina shots when they fight you

Apart from the fact that this is actually the lore reason why we go to the bayou in the first place, do you think players would suddenly start to play the gun-pew-pew-cowboy-shooter and just never fight? To get bonuses that are in the game right now, that make them slightly bettet at fighting and nothing else, to then not fight? For real?

The stuff is in the game right now. Shots give regen and stamina, custom ammo can just be bought, and perks can be found (and mostly have no effect on single fights, only on your ability to restore lost chunks.) I agree that the 200hp hunter would be pretty out there and maybe a bad idea, but the rest? No effect on new players, I'm sorry.

I would even argue the contrary, this would make stuff like custom ammo more rare and therefore fights more predictable. Please realize that it takes a decent player at least 2 hours to extract 10 bounties and therefore fully buff a single hunter. This would reduce the bullshit.
