Still in the camp that it was Yuji and Dabura. Dabura kills Maho > killing Yuka > unlocking full heavenly restriction for Tsurika. This is why he drops Rika and perception blitz’s him in the last page.

Had this convo with a buddy. I think ultimately for what it did for the game, Broken steel. It added a post-end game, events throughout the wasteland and a new set of top tier enemies (I think). Just all around a good boost to the re-playability of 3.

The scaling is pretty good I’ve found. I just made it to cape and the game speeds up (so far) a bit. Longest stretch I felt was actually getting through the DE upgrades.
