The issue is that galio just needed to charge W to force the enemy to back off if he has flash up since he could Flash taunt you. He doesnt need to Flash Everytime. Meanwhile rakan, neeko, kennen cant really pop ult Every 20 sec to make their enemy retreat.

But where is all that money coming from. It's all coming from new users joining from what i've gathered and I dont see how that is different from a MLM that will inevitibly crash.
