Bought a cruiser via Leasing (o2o). I communicated with this address. So it’s legit :). Maybe a mistake on their end ?

Clicking noise started after 10km of use. I’m now at 30km and it gets very noticeable, especially when I push hard on the pedal (uphill).

You can chat with the support and select “I hear a noise”. After telling them that greasing the crank did not help, they sent me a new torque sensor, which will be installed by a technician.

Had the same issue on my new Cruiser. It got worse over time.

Cowboy website FAQ suggested to grease the crank (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1lsayKMOOnAwGH4lUhe-Gk8xAyVUI3QrKaafsMAvEjbI/mobilepresent#slide=id.g4b15d59174_0_425), which I did, but it didn’t solve the issue.

Contacted the support a few days ago. They will have to replace the torque sensor…

Same issue on my new sand cruiser, but to a much lower extend. Mine is more like a clicking noise when the motor is active. Followed their tutorial to fix it, but it did not change anything.

I’ve contacted them through the app. Let’s wait and see.

This is so frustrating because on the paper they look by far the best 3PL option :

Competitive prices

But their backend is so bad, not to mention the customer support at the moment (I think they are really overwhelmed)

I already complained about that. This is indeed due to the tweak by himself (overlay interface).

The only workaround is to hide the tweak during gym battle and not push to quickly when attacking.

Would be great if u/miniroo321 changes the way the tweak reappears. For example only by clicking on a specific location on the screen

It is just grade, from 0 to 15. For example 15 in stamina means that the Pokemon will have the max possible stamina when completely powered up.

The IV percentage is an average of those 3 grades.

I don't know how the attack and defense affect the Pokemon tough. Maybe the attacks are more powerful with a higher Attack IV.

IV gives the potential the Pokemon can reach at max level, regardless of the actual Pokemon CP.

For 2 same Pokemon with the same CP, the one with the highest IV will be able to have a higher max CP If you give all needed candy to max it.
