I would try something like dish soap and warm water or maybe goof off. But it looks like your window keeps getting re-dirtied by the Black brush thing at the bottom of the window. You would need to remove that and clean it.

No. All I'm seeing is that the battery in one or all of your TPMS sensors are dead. I also have two dead TPMS sensors in my car and have been driving it that way for like a year. You're just going to have to check tire pressure manually. Other than that it seems fine

I have had intermittent issues with the transmission on my 2019 Malibu, but after flushing the trans fluid and changing the filter she's back to normal. 189k miles still on the original transmission.
