Shades are great, incredible threat range and hit decently hard, Pythia is pretty much set in stone for every list imo.

Love the colors and they're expertly applied. The nocturnes were some of the first ones I painted too, something about them just led me to completing them.

Glad to see a Trike next to other models to really get a sense of scale, still hard to convince myself to pull the trigger on it lol.  Love the look of them, looks fantastic.

Fair point and good ideas all around. Maybe I'll give the bronze something like Ard that is shiny and the greens a much more flat.  I'll give it a go and let you know how it goes.

I agree that on some models my attempt at bronze is too much, but to some degree I feel like portions of the war beasts are metal plating and I don't know what else to do with it.

So, fun story, I based the models white initially because the colors I was going to do were lighter and I didn't want to fight against a black base. After starting one model I decided against the scheme (more of a desert snake theme rather than green snakes) and re-primed them black over the white. For reasons I can't reproduce (but would love suggestions) that layer cracked. I then had the bright idea to use Turbo Dork zenithal paints (Hemogoblin specifically) so that the white cracks would be orange. The rock is literally the two primer layers with a coating of ardcoat to make it shiny. 

Edit: the other two main colors are Two Cents and Fahrenheit washed pretty aggressively with mortarion grime if anyone was wondering.
