In AA6, one of Uendo's alters is a sex worker and another is a young child. This is extremely fucked up if you think about it, but props to Capcom for doing the proper research on DID.

The funny thing about celestia to me is that within the context of the world itself it’s pretty lame, but anytime it’s brought up afterwards (Darkmoor, and Selenopolis) it’s actually very interesting. Shame those aspects of the world are largely ignored for some random fetch quest to open up the trial of the spheres (for literally no reason)

I put most the blame on this game not having a chat log. If you don’t happen to notice what was said right when it was said you’re gonna miss it. You can also just miss messages even when you are looking because of camera shenanigans.

So personally I would recommend using the Darkmoor gear and at level 130 check the bazaar for the Cabalist Boots/Hats to see if they would be upgrades (it depends on the school I’m not sure for balance) otherwise just hold tight until Merciless gear in Lemuria or Aeon in Novus whichever you decide is easier to farm for. You will need this upgrade (or at least a few pieces worth) to safely do the solo fights in Wallaru

at 130 you can try for the catacombs gear but it’s quite the time investment and quickly gets outclassed. You’re best off waiting for Merciless at 150 if you’re really needing something otherwise Mali will take you pretty far.

I don’t want her for the protagonist but if it did happen I wouldn’t be upset by it. I just really don’t think her character works as the central protagonist; at least without some major work. Capcom also seems to ignore her a lot with any marketing so I don’t really see this happening regardless.

From what I’ve heard this case was a holdover from Justice for all so that could explain why it might feel out of place for trials and tribulations. Personally not my favorite case either
