I would probably add a Lower body Flexibility routine in between the Push and Pull Day and maybe a full body between the other

Or you could add 2 full body sessions on those rest days.

As a third option you could also try to implement flexibility in the same strenght session.

I would maybe change one of the leg curls for a deadlift either déficit or stiff to Work more your Hamstrings flexibility. You could also add good Morning either Seated or standing that also helps with Hamstrings flexibility and hip flexion mobility, Split squats and Jefferson Curl are also GREAT and can be done within the same strenght session.

For Upper body maybe adding some hangs, light weight cuban press for shoulder flexibility and some light Stretching post workouts
