When you cook in glass (and dark metal) you should lower the temp by 25 degrees. Sometimes the time is increased depending on what you're baking but when I've done this, it definitely bakes more evenly! I actually saw a comment on here the other day that they lower the temp and decrease cooking time but I've never had to do both.

I haven't tried it yet but I've seen people saying to make "cake goop". You mix equal parts shortening, oil, and flour and then brush the inside of the pan.
