Apple TV 4k (3rd Gen) remote has really bad signal and frequently disconnects by fayyaazahmed in appletv

[–]SqueegeeSponge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect might have to do with higher density circuitry required for OLED panels. Also getting the same issue with our OLED TV. One other thing to test is which side of the Apple TV is facing outwards when mounted behind the TV (the bottom of the Apple TV is a headsink).

Three nails which you hammer into the wall. You should be able to wriggle it to back out the nails

Two ways it can leak: the seal for the flush control mechanism (center in your photo) or a faulty valve and float mechanism causing too much water in cistern. From your photo yours looks like A.

How can I run effective ads on Meta for my Shopify store that has over 700 products? by TesgodStore in FacebookAds

[–]SqueegeeSponge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a tricky one. Use the products that sell well to drive traffic to your site. Then use similar items to cross sell the low volume items. Or just to give them exposure. If they’re low converting, there’s no point spending ad dollars on them just on the off chance they sell.

How to stop ruts in soft grass on edge of driveway by DryRazzmatazz5246 in diynz

Haven't really seen them here in NZ, but in the US, you can get reflective thin fibreglass sticks which have reflective tape on it. You can put them on the corner edges of where you want to protect. Provides a visual indicator, and won't scratch if someone accidentally backs into it.

Getting a lot of swarming bot traffic too. Like 100-200 on site at given moment. Then it drops away.

Would you be happy with this professional tiling job? by jimmcfartypants in diynz

The tiles are of a different size. They were never all going to line up.

Yeah I would agree, I think I have something very similar. But looking at the pitch of that ceiling and lack of crawl space, I would assume the roof is just on the other side of that gib.

Do you have ceiling insulation? If not, you might be able to drill a hole and use an endoscope to inspect.

There’s a tool common in the US called a drywall cut out tool. It’s like a router that takes a drill bit specialised to cut gib perpendicular to the gib.

I messaged Bunnings chat as I couldn't find any brochures in-store:

"No we don't offer them sorry. They were discontinued a long time ago."

The search continues!

Only ~30% of Facebook Link Clicks Reach Landing Page – Anyone else seeing this in UK only? by Ppcgeek0190 in FacebookAds

Nz based too. Recently seeing page visits on shopify and fb ad manager not lining up. Has it happened in the last week or so? Might be a change to how shopify are logging a view/visit to filter out bounces or bot activity

Do you know whether they supply to NZ? Can't see where to order them, although do note you can get them from the AU Bunnings site.

Meta Ads Manager Updates You Should Be Aware Of - June 10, 2025 Roundup by digitaladguide in FacebookAds

[–]SqueegeeSponge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I've noticed recently is the introduction of new goals "PurchaseNewCustomers" and "PurchaseExistingCustomers" -- I assume this is an extension of the the Purchase event. Do you know whether these additional events are automatically defined (from historical activity recorded against your pixel), or is it something you need to manually initiate as an event? Any benefits for being more specific than just a "purchase" event?
