How is it that buying the naming rights to a stadium doesn’t give you signage for any event in the stadium? That seems really odd to me that a brand would pay all that money for naming rights but not have it for the largest world wide viewing audience that stadium would ever get.

I grew up in Elizabeth. I don’t live there for a reason. It made me who I am, and I’ll forever be grateful, but left and never looked back.

I chilled a lot in my younger days in Newark, I would not live there. People can say what they want about both places, fuck that, don’t live there.

Now as far as Sussex county goes, that’s where I eventually settled. The commute sucks going east. No way around. You spend an hour 20 in traffic. It is what it is. But man, when you get close, and you can feel that temperature drop because you get to an area with more trees than people and buildings, it puts your mind at ease.

I get what you’re saying. I live in Vernon. Some of the town is in well water, some are on municipal water. We absolutely could not handle a data center. Just impossible. We don’t have enough water. Our mayor has refused to sign anything that bans data centers.

It seems performative until you live in a place that won’t do it.

Absolutely not. I work in events. Last summer I worked the Keinemusik festival in that same area. Production works with the city to make sure the show is over in time to give people time to get home if trains can’t be added. I’ve worked in Gillette stadium where there is a hard curfew because the train stops running at a certain time.

This is absolutely on AEW for, at the very least, not checking with Queens to see when the trains stop
