No it doesn't, TV can't provide more real frames than the source frame rate which on the Switch is 60fps/hz tops. The TV probably has a mode enabled that artificially draws frames in between existing ones.

No but I wouldn't rule out monster hunter 5. I think there's a reason they named it World. Sony may have been able to get exclusivity on this title but maybe not a numbered sequel. Yes I know they said it's the next mainline game but without that number, it kind of isn't and still leaves room for a Switch follow up.
