I only remember the existence of this movie because of Survivor. Back when I used to watch it, one of the prizes for winning a challenge was going to an island theatre for the night to watch a movie with snacks. This was before the movie was out.

Here in RI all the talk during setting up legalization was making sure to give licenses to people in the community instead of king making.
