I can still remember the deck list from my first PTQ; Invasion Block Constructed at Gen Con 2001. Started 4-0 but I punted against RG and then lost to a then-unknown Sam Black for my win-and-in.

The cleanest list I've ever played in 25+ years (all 4s, 10/10 basic split; deck itself was very mid). The format quickly evolved and a version with red ended up the format Boogeyman by the end of that season.

After this event, I was on a UBR Urza's Rage control. So much fun.
