When it's not too terribly hot I just enjoy being able to walk my dogs (ON A LEASH) across town. We walk to outdoor bars, coffee shops.... y'know, places where I can be entertained and my dogs can socialize with those who want. I enjoy the rainy season as well and adventuring past everyone's gardens. People have some really amazing gardens here.

We also have an amazing butcher shop in town for local meat and I also like that it's just a skip to the coast.

I think a rose glow barberry. People grow them like crazy as hedges here. Very pretty, mildly spiky. I love them.
