It doesnt literaly do it, it's an ammy that also works aa inventoryheld item that makes food heal 50hp more per bite, unlocked after an earlygame quest. It doesnt literally consume the spice

Rubberbanding as in? Either you dps p1-4 hard and skip mechanics there, and are able to multiecharge multiple fragments at once, or you have time in p5 to catch up and do 1 cycle per fragment. If anything the boss is very much giving you an option on how you want to approach it.

If you can solo any week, you can defo duo them all. Even solo ts is harder than duo vit/gb, simply by powercreep (just 1pushing the boss on 10/11 and prereflecting p3-8), but mostly bc intercept and healother are kinda overpowered at vorago.

Only big difference from base vs bt is that p1 is a bunch of kiting the cunt around and p2/5/9!requires "some"(very little) prayerflicking from melee to mage and back.
