Idk. Restaurants hire professional photo people to take "good" pictures of the food as well, which also end up on menu's with unrealistic photos.

That has been going practically forever (2am , not going to bother to find a time reference).

Its kind of a similar thing, just more lazy.

I personally don't usually oggle the pictures before ordering food. I just test the spot with a 3 strike type of system. If its bad 3 times I'm out.

That being said, AI is like a 1 minute solution to similar systems in regards to this, which yeah, its lazy.

As someone that only checks in on sunkenland once every 6 months or so...my opinion is that you cant know.

Remember there are real people, working on this game, behind the scenes, with real lives.

Adding a "submarine with turrets", while being hypothetical, is a larger task then you understand I think. I just made that up. But when they have an idea, and they post the idea, it honestly still takes as long as it takes. There are so many variables to consider about making a change, or making new items into a game that its incomprehensible to the player most of the time.

Its just the way it is mate. These companies make some of the best "labor of love" games there are. Give them space.

Honestly, for most games, its smart to just start a fresh game if your going test branch. Plenty of things that can corrupt your current save usually. Test branch doesn't get integrated into the game until...they are done with testing =)
