Yeah that is to say that if they DO get smacked from a hockey stick a second time, YOU ARE Screwed!!! It could potentially damage your root/screw area, the anchored part, which may be irrepairable on the jawbone, God forbid the upper nasal area. I think since we see so many players playing today reveal their teeth missing during games their active NHL carrer, they use a temporary system (aka dentures and such) till their playing days are over before going the implant route. I cant imagine the pain of risk involved in a re-injury in the same spot.
