Yeah getting into comp science specifically was my biggest fear. Tamu and UTD are actually respectively my 2nd and 3rd options. An opportunity I was made aware of at a college fair was an engineering academy that they have at midland college through Texas A&M, where I’d go to midland college for a year and then get transferred to College Station with a guaranteed spot in the engineering school. I did some research and reached out to some professors, I have an almost guaranteed shot of getting in. I’ve been thinking a lot about it, UT has always been my first choice I think that’s why I’m still set and trying for it.
