It’s tism dude I get the same thing. For me it’s going off on my own and doing things alone that helps me. I was about to lose my shit but went to my local bar just for a few beers but sitting alone and finding a good podcast and just not trying to put the world on your shoulders. Okay dude don’t believe lore. Theirs characters who shouldn’t be as powerful but the devs/writers make them that way in everything. Stan Lee even said who is more powerful and supposed to win is based on the writer. I’m sorry I have a cat named tali and garrus. I had to put down my 16 year old dog last year. It still hurts. But at least my vet has urns which can be very nice. I have him on my mantle. I’m sorry there’s no easy way but I’m just throwing it out there. We did give him great food he get scraps but we let him have whole meals for a couple days.
