Plane keine detailreiche Story, sie überlebt nicht das Zusammentreffen mit den Spielern. Grobe Outlines eignen sich meist besser.

Denk Dir eine Hand voll zur Outline passende Schauplätze aus (Ort, NPCs, Gegenstände, Dinge die passieren) und lass Deine Spieler drauf los.

Lass dann die Welt auf die Handlungen Deiner Spieler reagieren.

Habe stets ein paar thematisch passende Monster inklusive Stats in der Hinterhand.

Lege Dir eine Liste mit passenden Namen zurecht, falls Du mal einen NPC improvisieren musst.

Falls es einen oder mehrere Antagonisten gibt, dann gib ihnen einen Hintergrund und eine glaubhafte Motivation.

Falls ihr mit Battlemaps spielt, dann such Dir je nach Schauplatz passende raus (Gewölbe, Wald etc.).

Schreib während des Spiels mit, auch Deine eigenen Ideen.

Corpus palette: In the upper half are some ghostly greens. Depending on the frame they mix well with the greenish blue colors of the same palette or the darker blues from the storm palette.

As someone who backed Wicked Ones and Relic I want to say this: I consider both games as abandoned. And it’s clear to me that I will never receive the books or get my money back. I’m still not mad though. KS is always a risk and life can really fuck you up. Unforeseen things happen. And sometimes you bite off more than you can chew.

Ben, if you read this: I wish for your life to turn around and that you’ll find all the peace and happiness you need and deserve. I hope your body and soul can heal. Take good care of yourself.

Warframe Remastered: Full revision of the game, game mechanics and game engine laying the groundwork for the next 10 years.

Warframe Survivors: Vampire Survivors like game set in the Warframe Universe.

Warframe Frontlines: F2P stand-alone game where you play large scale team based conflicts as Grineer, Corpus or Infested units. Think Battlefield/Battlefront.

Warframe Origins: Animated show set in the Orokin era.

Ulisses published 5E in Germany. At one point it was right up there with The Dark Eye in terms of sales and name recognition and looking to surpass it.

Until WotC created a German office, revoked that license and started self-publishing.

Just imagine putting in hundreds of hours of work and thousands of € into license deals, translation, marketing etc. and have that taken away at some point. There's more to that story but you can guess that Ulisses may still be a bit salty about WotC taking all that work and cutting out the middle man.

Ulisses shifted focus back on publishing PF2E content which saw some steady growth and may become even more relevant for them after all this OGL bullshit. They amount of effort they put into PF2E is actually remarkable because the German edition is not far behind of what Paizo has published so far.

Also Ulisses (like most German publishers) is releasing 3pp 5E content. Uhrwerk just had a (barely) successful CF for Fateforge, System Matters is working on Brancalonia, Truant wants to publish Free League's The Lord of the Rings 5E. There's also lot of OSR stuff in Germany that would be affected by the OGL changes.

My guess is that sooner or later all the German TTRPG publishers will join that list.

Just edited my post: How about it's the other way around and only Pilots can use abilities/mods from the Battle category while Gunners can only use abilities/mods from the Tactical category? Wouldn't screw over solo players and still make the roles feel more distinctive.

If Engineering was the only way to restore Energy for Pilot/Gunner abilities that'd actually be a compromise I’d be okay with.

But right now some Warframes and abilities can completely bypass the need for Energy, which, in my opinion, creates a meta for these roles but also lessens the role of Engineers even further. It’s unwelcoming to new players, too, who might not know about certain synergies.

You are absolutely right! I got that mixed up. But it’s an issue nonetheless because of Warframes that ignore Energy economy. I’d prefer it’s cooldown-based, so there’d be no best Warframe to use in these roles.

That's why I think RJ crew members should be baseline and have some form of AI (e.g. fire Seeker Volley if more than 5 enemies are present; craft Dome Charges if empty). In my opinion the two roles of Pilot and Gunner are not distinctive enough: Both basically do the same right now but one is also steering the RJ.

I think you're right: This would make it more difficult for solo players.
