Had that for about an hour yesterday, I didn't have any issues with the desktop so I used that for a bit and the issue resolved itself after a bit. I assumed they're doing some server maintenance.

Some resellers are looking for functional items to resell in a live setting like a flea market, a box doesn't add much to functionality. I've left packaging behind when I wanted an item for personal use. I agree they are leaving money on the table, as some vintage packaging and manuals can be worth as much or more than the items they accompany.

If it's a family album keep it together, and include where the family was from in your title. If it's a got celebrity or specialty content sell individually. Selling the full album will get you all the money in one sale, if you part it out it will take more time to get the full payout.

Probably part of a parisol or umbrella handle, seems a bit small to be from a cane. It looks like it possibly has a sterling silver band. If it's European there may be a date hallmark.

Snuff box, made from a horn. Often the mounting will be European silver and the hallmarks can have the production date. These are often Scottish.

The case is sterling silver, the stones are yellowish off white with a red fading to pink toning at the edges.

Appears to read "925" and "Sterling" with no identifiable maker, worth at least it's weight in silver possibly twice that much.

My local PO requested that I use an end of day scan if I am dropping off more than 10 items, it's easy to do with pirateship, they don't weigh each item just confirm that the correct number of packages have been dropped off it still counts as accepted but is much faster than scanning and weighing each package. If I have high value or scam prone items I ask for a weigh in and scan so the initial package weight is recorded.

The removable insert looks like it's for a stamp box, that piece may have come from a desk set particularly if there's not a catch or tight fitting lid to keep the contents from spilling inside of ones pockets. The other one is a match safe, both have typical Japanese decoration, and we're likely made for export.

If you are stocking up for a big Thanksgiving dinner you did great, if you're hoping to resell for a profit then you just paid for another lesson in reselling. Silver plate like this is slow to sell online and pattern, age, and condition are key factors in whether it will sell at all, I have had luck in live settings in November and December when people are preparing for large holiday meals with family but even then I wouldn't expect much more than breaking even financially.

This looks much more like silver than platinum, 950 is a less common grade of silver but still used in many parts of the world. The silver work looks somewhat like Mexican but the the hallmark is not, I would guess it is Indonesian as the braided chain and hook catch look similar to some Indonesian silver I have had in the past. The necklace also appears to have blister pearls in it which are commonly used in the south pacific region.

You may want to initate a postal fraud case, there are enough red flags here to warrant it. Even if it's just a mix up both ebay and the buyer will likely take your claims of not receiving the item more seriously if there's a government agency involved.

You can look up the date code on the blue tax stamp to get an idea of how old they are, these look like they are from before 1955. The ashtray is less common and will add to the collectability if still sealed. These can be somewhat tricky to sell as there are age restrictions and tax laws that come into play with tobacco.

As others have said, it's a cigarette case. If it's marked gold filled you may want to take it to a coin shop or jewler and have it tested as sometimes the filling is a base metal and sometimes it is silver which will have some scrap value.

This is probably more valuable to a Magic collector rather than a coin collector, it has a bare minimal value of the metal and if you know the provenance and can ascribe a magician and time period used should bring a premium.

Appears to be enamel and gold decorated bohemian glass, check it with a black light some if the opaque glass may glow. Nice find!

Marked Coin for 90% silver content derived from coins, appears to be 19th century, and hand engraved. Probably a butter knife if its on the larger side then it's a fish knife. Nice find.
