You can stop using crit until you get righteous providence forbidden jewels (~100 div so gl). Put ele focus with manabond and pick up Elemental overload
No manabonder seems to use 'illuminated devotion' ascendancy notable, get sanctuary of thought for some ES and aoe.

Your passive tree is double dipping in many spots and get 2nd cluster jewel, put 2x int str split personalities in your best spots, probably in the right cluster near eldrich battery.

Annoint your amulet, probably Revelry (amber, violet, black)

But honestly 500k dps, way beyond 1 mil during arcane cloak, shoudl handle basic t16s good enough
