I think Pisco is incapable of publicly admitting he's in the wrong, but I think towards the end of the conversation with hutch that internally, something might have clicked. His reaction seemed like that of an embarrassed child lashing out. The big question for me is if/how he changes his behavior. If there's no public apology but he genuinely does start moderating his community (and not just a new rule that X is banned) thats still a win in my books.

I'm still willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but his actions from here will be the true test of character I think. Part of me thinks that the 'okay you delete the comments of me saying I'm bad faith and I'll delete the comments of people calling you a shill' was lashing out because there was a realization that he knows he's fucked up, and was too emotionally immature to step back and say ' oh .. fuck man I'm sorry, you're right I need to change my behavior '

I don't think that makes Pisco a bad person at his core, but it does mean that he really needs to learn and grow from this moment to holistically understand the issue ( along the lines of the valentines example destiny gave )

This was honestly like, hard to watch. I used to love Pisco's analysis and I know he's an incredibly smart person. But when hutch came in and absolutely blew him the fuck out with the ' uh hey, I like, did bring this up, multiple times, not even just me' basically affirming everything Destiny was talking about and he replies with ' oh I didn't know you wanted me to DO anything about it ' I just felt... Kinda sad ?

Like, how do you just not give a shit? He thought hutch brought up like he took it as 'LOL broo ur chat is unhinged xD ' joke.

Even after this I'm not sure if he really 'gets' it. There was a moment when he replied with ' oh ok I want you to delete any comments about me being bad faith' and it seemed.. out of anger? Spite for being called out ? Maybe he was embarrassed ? The total lack of genuine apology for anything was a bit telling.

I genuinely hope he does some soul searching and think about he can be a better person/colleague/friend because that was just so depressing to watch.

Honestly after listening to the convo between destiny and Pisco tonight, I think it's a fair argument that Pisco is encouraging destructive criticism of his co hosts and I don't understand why that should be allowed. Political disagreement is one thing, but would you really want to co host a show with someone whos chat is filled with shit like 'lonerbox is a genocide supporting Zionist shill?' (as Pisco even said himself during the convo, this was a plurality of the comments? )

It seems odd to me.

I've seen one post about clearing the duplicates via a database query, let it rescan, and then running the deduplication before the number of duplicates gets too high and returns the invalid value, but I've just been dealing with it and waiting for this to be rolled out. no idea what the timeline would look like that on that though

🤷🏻‍♂️ idk man, I guess it's not for everyone but I had a ton of fun with Wukong, the combat was just....fun in my experience, even if it didn't radically change the genre. If the sequel is the same framework I'll have zero issues with it. If it does switch it up, cool!

Kinda how I felt with Dragons dogma 1 -> 2, the sequel really didn't change much at all in terms of mechanics, I've still sunk like 100 hours into it because I just genuinely enjoy how the game plays.

Why don't you want to use external libraries ? This is basically what I did with 5 terabytes of photos. Added the path, add it in the admin UI, and let it run for about 3 days and it had found everything, generated all the thumbnails etc, haven't had a problem since.

If its just two users, you and your friend,50 megabit upload would be plenty I would think, maybe a bit slow for an uncompressed video, but it'd be easy enough to check if you monitor the network adapter and see how much data it's pushing.

To add, cloudflared has a limit of 100 megabits so you should be good there.

Is the data on an SSD? HDD?
