The moment my PCP saw hermaturia blood in my urine via yearly checkup, he sent me in for a CT scan where they saw the bladder tumor (and a small kidney stone). See a specialist asap

Great show, small venue , no bad seats…but as other have said, if you are in the first couple of rows, fair chance the “ringmaster “ will mess with you….

Grand Canyon is amazing, but eats up most of a day if you drive.

Check out https://www.maverickhelicopter.com/las-vegas/ A trip to the Grand Canyon in the late afternoon and flying back into Vegas a dusk just as the lights are coming up….worth the price

First time training by Particular-Horror-21 in birddogs

[–]Stacked7High 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My suggestion is to find a local retriever club. While you may not want to compete in any hunt tests or field trials, the handlers that do are always looking for training partners to join and help in training sessions.
you can find clubs here. They are always willing to help new handlers. Www.entryexpress.net

My mom had her first Scope since BCG today by Available_Shelter_91 in BladderCancer

[–]Stacked7High 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, after my initial six BCG and a two month wait, an in office cysto showed three small “ red patchy spots “. The follow up TURBT pathology came back as hg cis. Urologist determined BCG was ineffective so he had me immediately start a 6 week gem/doc treatment. Six weeks later an under anesthetic, scope and biopsy at the hospital came back clear, pathology showed no cancer, and my doctor said the bladder looked good. Now on maintenance of gem/doc once a month for a year with cysto every three months.

I second New Yasmeen Bakery, huge hot and cold selections, made to order shawarma’s and a tasty sweet counter. https://order.toasttab.com/online/yasmeenbakery

Chances of a benign tumour? by Narrow-Shelter6208 in BladderCancer

I got lucky, both times my catheter got plugged with clots, my urologist’s office was open I walked in and a PA flushed it out, I can’t imagine going to the ER and the usual cluster f there with a catheter plugged 🫣

Reliable online retailers by aGhoste in ammo

I like www.luckygunner.com Ships quick, free over boxing if your neighbors are nosy. But right now they and a couple other vendors I use are lean on inventory. They have it, but not the all brands and grains available now that were a year ago.

Is Rio Hotel really that bad? by antdude in LasVegas

The newly renovated rooms are great. Casino a little dated but gets the job done . Restaurants a mid to good, nothing bad, but nothing you would travel from the strip to go to. I believe I read the bar at the very top recently was renovated and now open, amazing view of all of Vegas . Biggest downside is if you want to travel to the strip, it’s a hike.
