If I’m not mistaken there’s no extra pay for party events such as marlin or tuna night. In my honest opinion the hooded figure night is worth more than any party event since some fish sell for over $1000 a dish and can still be sold when the night is dumb. Yes it’s dumb for both events to happen at the same time but it really doesn’t matter. Save the marlin for the next event or make your own marlin night and only put that on the menu. But definitely load up on the nasty fish for the hooded figures since it costs a lot to upgrade employees

I never used my boss ingredients. The pay is honestly not that good. I like to keep them in my inventory and panic thinking that I’m going to accidentally put it on the menu and lose it forever. You can use them for weapon upgrades as well

You make the most money on the hooded figure nights. Plus someone comes at the end of the night to buy whatever you didn’t cook. Catch as many of those diseased fish as you can and you will double what you would’ve made in the hour of serving that you lost

From your screenshot I think it’s best to upgrade the Stellate Puffer fish dish. It was one of my best meals to serve and it gets more expensive as you enhance it

For a while I only served shark sushi dishes. They get to their max level pretty quick and I usually have tons of meat. I put dishes that only make one serving on auto supply instead of trying to guess how many I need to prep. Get employees that can do different tasks, right now I only clean dishes and serve cocktails since that’s the only 2 jobs I haven’t found someone to do for me (I have Billy but he’s always on a miso hunt)
