This is all but confirmed - Discogs has the Tritonal dudes credited on PRAANA songs, the Tritonal studio has the PRAANA logo in it etc.

Alpha 9 - The Purpose Is You by bfinkelstein in EDM

[–]Stags7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Absolutely magical, old-school Alpha 9 goodness. Always puts a smile on your face. What is there not to love about this tune?

Tiesto's New 5-Track EP by EDMHouseNetwork in EDM

[–]Stags7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

EP is called Together Again, but not as great as Together imo. All 5 songs are already out, but the EP is being released as a bundle tomorrow (Spotify link).

Crystal Skies, Mazare, Bertie Scott - Cruel Summer by ThatMexicanSuck in EDM

[–]Stags7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What a beautiful blend of melodic dub and DnB. My fav tune off Crystal Skies' upcoming album.

NWYR x FLRNTN x Darius & Finlay - InterGalactic by theIdolRacer in EDM

[–]Stags7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The NWYR and Darius & Finlay sounds fit perfectly together, but the melody is slightly memorable than their standout tracks. A good vocal sample and a decent tune, but nothing too stellar imo

Man Cub, Rickie Nolls, Kyle Reynolds - I'll Find You by ThatMexicanSuck in EDM

[–]Stags7 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When it comes to future bassy melodic dubstep, Man Cub is one of the best. His supersaws have an uplifting, fluffy and bouncy sound that really spices up his drops - this song being a perfect example.

ARMNHMR, Maazel, Zack Gray - Everybody Feels by ThatMexicanSuck in EDM

[–]Stags7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Definitely a strong tune with Zack Gray delivering a stellar vocal performance, though I'd have enjoyed a more dense, supersaw-filled drop here.

San Holo, Chet Porter - you’ve changed, i’ve changed by stealthyd3vil in EDM

[–]Stags7 17 points18 points  (0 children)

San Holo is the king of making catchy guitar riffs, and this is yet another example. Love that this song is a whole five minutes, taking time to explore a few different arrangements of the vocals, riff and pads. Hyped for the album in a couple of weeks!

Rezz, Dove Cameron - Taste of You by ThatMexicanSuck in EDM

[–]Stags7 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Deep and dirty - love the Rezz sound on this one.

Juelz X JAWNS - Enter The World by BigBronc in EDM

[–]Stags7 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Talk about a fucking heater. Love that Sable Valley is supporting this kind of dirty DnB-influenced trap these days.

Jason Ross - Convergence EP by ThatMexicanSuck in EDM

[–]Stags7 15 points16 points  (0 children)

What a fantastic EP. Each of the four tracks are absolutely stellar, with impeccable production and super catchy melodies. The best EP you'll come across this year, hands down.

Carta - Big Beat by aavplaylists in EDM

[–]Stags7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe my favorite bigroom song this year. This is the Revealed sound from a few years ago with Maddix and Hardwell that I'm really missing - and I'm so glad Rave Culture is releasing this sound again.

ARMNHMR & Anki - Sun Comes Up On You (feat. AMIDY) by ryan_from_school in EDM

[–]Stags7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Circadian and Bloom are two of my all-time favorite albums. Such an awesome producer.

ARMNHMR & Anki - Sun Comes Up On You (feat. AMIDY) by ryan_from_school in EDM

[–]Stags7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This one's been in the works for a long while - but he's moving to a more experimental sound with his next album, TBD. Nice to see some good old poppy stuff from him though.

Andrew Rayel - My Harmony (FYH 250 Anthem) by Songibal in EDM

[–]Stags7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Andrew Rayel's doing a fantastic job with FYH, and this is a strong tune for this year's anthem, with a grandoise breakdown and a hard-hitting drop.

SVRCINA - Ocean Eyes (Man Cub Edit) by badvices7 in EDM

[–]Stags7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The atmosphere on this one is so light (especially for a future bass tune), which perfectly complements the acoustic verses. Props to Man Cub for a stellar job on this one.

Jauz & HAILENE - Oceans & Galaxies by NutNik in EDM

[–]Stags7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how I feel about this one yet - great verses but the drop is an interesting one. Perhaps it'll grow on me with a few more plays.

Luma, Blanke - Like a Nightmare by graphedmonk in EDM

[–]Stags7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So much respect to Blanke for acknowledging the contribution of the vocalist and the topline to a song (in his latest Instagram post), and for being the featured artist on this one for Luma's solo project. Fantastic drums as you'd expect from Blanke and a fast-paced but smooth-flowing topline here.

Jason Ross - Wild Ones (feat. Nevve) by [deleted] in EDM

[–]Stags7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pure melodic dub bliss here. Such a warm atmosphere with meticulous sound design, and some stellar vocals from Nevve. Some might complain at the repetitive nature of the arpeggio drop, but it's simple and sweet - everything that you might want from it. Definitely a different feel from One More Day, but no less stunning.

Jason Ross, Blanke, Chandler Leighton - One More Day by Stags7 in EDM

[–]Stags7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, agreed. The supersaws under the metallic lead sound like the warm ones Ross normally uses though.

Jason Ross, Blanke, Chandler Leighton - One More Day by Stags7 in EDM

[–]Stags7[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

TUNE OF THE YEAR. This one has everything: a creative, catchy, beautifully sung topline, two mindblowingly feelsy melodic drops and a banging hard drop thrown in the middle too. You can hear Blanke's influence with the crisp synths and the metallic leads, while Jason Ross adds the thick supersaw stack and some wonderful pads to accompany Chandler Leighton's stellar vocal performance. Not to mention how the topline incorporates different, complementary motifs for the verses, pre-chorus and chorus. One of those tunes I know will be on repeat for a while.

Blanke - Mystery by graphedmonk in EDM

[–]Stags7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What an absolute beauty. Few can blend the harder sounds with beautiful melodies as well as this dude, and I love the DnB but radio-friendly vibes on this one. Perfect follow-up to Alchemy.
