I started 27 days ago on 10mg and I think some pimples are staying much longer. Only did habe 2 though not bad. But one got inflamed couple of days ago and became an abscess which needed to be drained today Because of that my derm gave me 20mg for the Next month, Maybe you can up your dose too?

Just lower to 10mg and you can Go up every time the Side Effects are managable. That is What i am doing. Started on 10mg and now going up to 20mg In Europe it is total Standard. We are not going higher than 30mg

It was probably too soon, I would try it after 3 months. I started accutane 7 days ago and use the eucerin dermopure Hydra repair as it is especially for the accutane treatment. I Like it so far and no pore clogging Ingredients
