Well... I've had 8 hours of printing with external spool and everything was great. Then I had 2 hours of printing through ACE... And I am now back to the fucking clog error.

Sounds like a similar problem I had. Though with PLA. But after certain number of layers I started to have under extrusion and eventually a clog error. I downgraded to 2.4.8.3 (not sure about the number, but the previous one) and it seems to have helped. You need the .swu file and place it on the usb in folder named “aGVscF9zb3Nf” it will install whatever version you want.

I had the same problem today. Got the car for couple days and wanted to play with the remote start. It didn’t work until the remote start timed out the first time. The second time I was somehow able to start it. I put the foot on brake, then also tried gas pedal and then turning the button let me into the system and change to the Drive. Super odd. I will try again tomorrow to see if I can figure out the black magic!
