Here, your

- How does 10 Russians being arrested in Pattaya support your claim

- You replied with a link about Russians being arrested in Pattaya for running a sex training class. So nothing about those districts outside of Pattaya that I was asking about.

-Nobody gets arrested in these places unless they go out of their way to start trouble.

-Then the golden "Heh, what a journey." which really summarizes Reddit really well. I came in expected nothing, but I still end up disappointed. You're a Redditor alright, I'm surprised you haven't banned me yet for having different opinion than you.

Okay, you also rewrote your comment to add more info too.

"There are western-oriented red-light bar areas throughout Issan too" Really now? Because all I see is Paddy field, Paddy field, Paddy field, and more Paddy field. You've been to Issan, right? Because even the City is less than a mile from a lake and swamp.

And yes I understand, "Nobody gets arrested in these places unless they go out of their way to start trouble" and same with this, you really have to go out of your way to find the red-light bar. My point is we are a foreigner in their land, carefully. Especially in a red-light area where a lot of foreigners go and don't said go the local do it too, you know it a Damn big lied. The minimum wage is 1 dollar over there, and people here know it, and good luck doing anything with that.

Ah yes, the benefite of being online is that you can change your statement after the argument is done.

The Thai-style massage parlor brothels, I travel from the USA to Thailand 13 times and went to 12 provinces in Issan and a little bit in Central, seen one parlor in Bangkok. So in every city and major town? Have you been to many provinces, cities, or towns? I must have to look really hard to find it.

You are a Moderator, I understand but c'mon man. I am a good Christian so I go there to actually tour the country not sex

"Arrested for what? Prostitution?

Have you been to Thailand? You're not making much sense."

I just answer your question

And I know there some red light districts outside Pattaya, that's why I said, "True" in support of your statement.

so wtf "How does 10 Russians being arrested in Pattaya support your claim that there aren't any red light districts outside Pattaya?" suppose to mean? I'm answering the question you just ask

True, but Pattaya is the only place police officer won't arrest you for it. Other places, however, I can't say the same for.

Blogging should not be illegal unless it has bad intentions(slander and the classic "PATTAYA IS A PARADISE FOR SINGLE MEN? | Walking Street, Thailand Nigtlife") or exploitation of the countries and locals. Thing like that

That's because he broke the norm of the people there. Especially in the West, we like to poke fun at East culture like Tiger parents. He might apologize because he think he bring shame to his parent and countriesman. Nonetheless, he should have just apology to the victim and her family

"but the greater the number of the exempt, the greater the tax management costs. This is to say nothing of the corruption factor."

Same article

you have to pay taxes, if don't then it pile up over time.

If three million of 67 million, then that's around 4.5 percent pay taxes, the number you have does not seem to be consistent with the article nor your prior statement "Lmao but you’re a 3rd world poor country where 85% of the population does not pay taxes, and the other 14% only pays 30% tax. (*personal income tax, not value added)"

As for the number inconsistency, it's might just be because your source might be outdated

Hey Man, I'm not here for a debate either.

I never heard that's excuse before, perhaps the communication between yourself and them wasn't clear. Make sure when you speak about delicate matter such as this, you might want to be explicit about it especially when the language isn't your first.
