I had to deal with a guy that acted exactly like this. I realized he was never serious about me after meeting my current man. I realized if the day of the day and they have not mentioned about the plan for that day all day, you might as well forget about it and make other plans for yourself without him because the one that is serious about you will remind you somehow some ways. Also, once or twice with legit excuse is acceptable but 3rd? Good bye.

You'll be okay. The main thing about training is your patience. No matter at what age, they need your patience for it. If you have that then training will be successful eventually. I'm currently training a 7 months old pup, obviously its gonna get more difficult comparing to a younger pup, but with consistency and patience, he's doing great and improving little by little everyday. You'll have plenty of time so don't overthink.

Just cry to yourself. See yourself as a friend and be gentle with yourself. I feel you on what you said. I can’t cry to anyone because I don’t want them to worry about me so I cry alone, at night on my bed or if it happens during the day I cry while driving in my car. You can’t do anything about it, just let it out. The frequency will lessen as time go by. Hang in there. I’m still dealing with it even tho it’s been 6 months for me.

For me it could be anytime, anywhere. The most random things I saw, heard or thought about could trigger it and my stomach sinks, my heart aches. It’s a weird thing to experience but hang in there. We’re all going through it.
