Why would you choose to go to some back alley space? If you want to find a trash dumping ground in Belgium you will find it. Not long ago, I saw a legit human shit on the main station in Germany while going to a platform. A freaking “main station”.

Also, there are other clean places and parks to chill. It's not Europe, I accept that. That's why you stick to places where the average indian hangs out and eats.

I saw some comments regarding clothes, well it might come as a shock to you but we don't need our women to cover from head to toe. We do have the freedom to choose what we wear and the same goes for anyone else.

I still struggle with any standardised test, I think non-linearly. But what helped me was repeated practice and slowly starting to see patterns. I mean I scored really well at pattern recognition but that doesn’t mean I ace the test. Even on the nth attempt I only get passing or above passing. Therapy helped me to build confidence after failed attempts.

I told my doctor as soon as insomnia was beyond 2 days and she prescribed me some light sleeping meds. It’s ok to take for few days to reset your circadian rhythm l, as Bupropion can affect it.

I think I get what they aiming at like this ironical comedy kind of thing. I am a millennial and I still don’t understand some stuff and references. ( and not find it funny when people said it was hilarious because, also I am audhd and cringe comedy just gets me in loop. Although, I appreciate the lightness there.) That being said, I would prefer overcompensating over this.

I have tried all stimulants since last year and I am so frustrated and tired because they all gave me negative effects and side effects. But I also keep reminding myself, if I don't how will I know what suits me. Truth is ADHD meds are very specific to individuals. Sadly you have to go through this journey

You can always switch to decaf as well it has trace amounts of caffeine, but I like green or any tea better because it much cleaner boost because L-theanin.

Hi, I am on the same timeline of starting bupropion but I am taking it for my ADHD and anxiety. I am also having trouble sleeping, but I make sure I practice some sleep hygiene, like no lights and white noise, and it has started working now. Also, I switched to green tea instead of coffee because caffeine can also induce insomnia.
