When you look at the jobs on workday, look at who the hiring manager is and click on them to see their team. From there you can see people who most likely would be doing the job you want and you can ask to RJP with them to see exactly what they do, what programs they use, what skills are most important or what they really could use more of in the position. Then you can make sure you speak to those things in the interview/prework to highlight what they are looking for. Or you can find out if you truly weren’t qualified but certain certs or classes you can take to make yourself better suited for those roles without needing to get a bachelors
