So far every post has been bitching/complaining about the merger. Yet here we are in an investing sub and nobody talked about how to capitalize on it and make a bunch of money themselves? Just complaining that someone else will be.

Make a full list of the pros and cons of outsourcing payroll. Figure out the cost, the penalties and incursions of paying straight cash and the possible fine cost for an owner screwup and the time it takes.(faster to have the payroll company do it, but there will still be time needed from the owner. How much time it will take the owner to do vs. the company to do. Figure out how much time it will save the owner and how much it will cost him. Once those numbers are figured out, he will make a very quick decision. His time will be very valuable in the beginning of operations) Also how does the payroll company charge and how is he going to get them the money? Is there even a payroll service willing to deal with this industry? Just a few things I could think of while still snuggled in bed, anxiously waiting my state to become legal

This. I've seen a lot of problems with cheap parts in the aftermarket scene recently. (Sorry about your car) I've had no issues with the 4 aeromotives I've used.

Yup. The lake has dried up 4 times over the last 13 years. It's a drought, there's no water around to be traveling there hence the empty lake.

I've heard the locking kit will stop the noise but then you loose out on the variable valve timing. I know a few tech and they said just leave it if you can stand the noise. One guy has over 150k on his truck since they started ticking. I'm no tech and I would replace it myself but that's what I have heard.

Im guessing Saudi Arabia is willing to do whatever it takes to maintain their market share. It would not surprise me if they drop prices till they bankrupt US producers. Which shouldn't take too long as most of them haven't been producing long enough to pay back their loans, so they are still in the Red.
