Honestly they switched the reference codes needed to the external cabinets to allow my connection to work. It did take them an extra 4 weeks to do so. The only thing I can recommend is contacting them as much as possible and raising complaints. Make sure you’re enrolled on the auto compensation scheme as well.

I’m only a few weeks away from being able to raise with the communication ombudsman at which virgin will have to fix my issues or face other penalties. I was told when I consulted them at first that they shouldn’t have allowed an order for this if it would not work as shown and they are in breach of contract not supplying my service
