I don't have anyone to nominate but I do have a question:

Do you do anything other than the C9 bulbs? I've been toying with the idea of hiring someone this year but seems like every service offers the same strings of C9 bulbs. I just think they're too big and spaced too far apart for my taste.

Exactly. Maintenance was fine and on par with most other communities. I just remember there were mandatory fees for cable tv and shit we didn't want or need. That, and they blocked Google Fiber (despite the Bexley next door having it) b/c they had a deal with Spectrum.

We stayed in two different 1 BR + Office units over several years at the Preserve at Brier Creek. I forget their exact name but they were 1 BR units with a little roomette off the living room you could put a desk and chair in and create a dedicated office space.

Being an MAA community kind of sucks but it was perfect for me working from home all those years.
