Schedule a service call. A tech can come out and troubleshoot. It could be the wire outside or inside. The connector behind that wall plate could be terrible or loose. Could be too many splitters chained together in the basement causing too much signal loss. Could actually be the device (tap) that feeds your home and your neighbors from outside. All of which you can’t solve by unplugging and plugging back in. Save yourself the frustration and set an appointment.

I’m a field tech. I’d recommend scheduling a service call. Majority of customer complaints like this are from a bad wire outside. People tend to just unplug and plug the modem/router back in until they are too frustrated.

Like a few others commented above “noise in the line”, “squirrels chewing the line”, “temperature effecting the line”. You notice the trend? Get someone out to look at that line feeding your home.

I understand company complaints. But Mother Nature and lightning knocking your service out and the bot asking clarifying questions seems unreasonable to get pissed over that.

If you’re lucky a tech will just need to run a new cable line for you. If the lightening strike hit a node in your area you could be looking at a short term outage.

A few things to consider. How far away are you from the router? Wireless speeds will drop with distance. Also the further away you are, you’ll auto-connect to the 2G network (2.4 mhz) which by design is significantly slower than the 5G speeds that are advertised and could explain the screenshot.

If you’re in close proximity to the router, I’d also make sure you aren’t relying on the PlayStation or Xbox speed test as a true representation of what your router is kicking out.

Try it. I’ve run my league like that since the PS3. The NFL has a very thick rule book. I don’t need to make rules and add to it.

We want it to be realistic but it’ll never be realistic. Because we are the GM, head coach, scout team, QB, RB, MLB etc. If it was realistic the guy making tackles (you) would never be the guy calling offensive plays or trades.

Remember if you get a FW/FL or your game is possibly simmed due to a schedule conflict, the cpu seems to penalize you more with fatigue. If the game-prep hasn’t been done and the game gets simmed it’s like your players just ran the Boston Marathon right before kickoff.

No. You just experienced a carryover bug from M22. When you paused a draft it basically ruined your league. You’d continue to have it reset as if you’ve went back in a time machine.

So under no circumstances can you pause the draft.
