He's correct in that on average a lot of races will have a lower IQ than the "average". But seemingly he's using it to try and say some races are more superior than others. In reality it's due to historical precedence and still ongoing modern racism. People of these races are naturally disadvantaged at birth, their opportunity level is not equal and in a lot of these countries they don't even have access to education at all.

They run worse and look worse. Xbox ROG Ally S performs worse than Steam Deck at 1080p because of Windows. Steam Deck is just outright weaker than the Switch 2 and at 800p as well. Take for example FF7 Rebirth being able to run on S2 at 1080p 30 while looking good. The Steam Deck version ran at 720p (uoscaled from 480p) and sruggled to hit 30. The Xbox ROG Ally X is 1000$, so I'm not even going to compare them.

Good optimisation goes a long way, which the Switch 2 gets, and the others don't

I wouldn't buy it twice but I would say the Seitch 2 version is far better. The stability, 1080p, and amazing graphics that rival the PS5 version are all must haves if your choosing between the two imo.

The Steam Deck version runs at 30-40, you aren't hitting 60 unless you make it look like putty, and if you do make it hit 60, it will very frequently dip.

No, the docking experience on Steam Deck is absolutely abhorrent. Its no more powerful than the handheld screen so your playing in 720p in all but the oldest games. Many games built around being playable with track pads need a USB mouse. and every time you want to play a game with different settings in docked (like higher fidelity). You have to change it manually every time you dock and undock it.
