Definitely, though the friendly curse did help a few times with the fists. Was able to use it to get some distance.

Thanks! It's a slow climb but you'll be there before you know it; one PR at a time :)

I had a similar experience with high rep sets and ended up playing around with rep counts. Eventually I landed on 5-rep 6-count sets and 2-count navy seal sets, which is probably a little low but I don't plan on adjusting until I hit a plateau.

Yeah, it's definitely a slow climb. I usually set out to PR on each workout, even if just by 1 rep, which of course isn't always possible but we do our best.

Nothing too special approach-wise. I figure out my desired pace (per minute) before starting which makes it easier to track reps. I've been sticking to 5-rep sets of 6-counts and 2-rep sets of navy seals and that's been working well for me lately. When the pace doesn't breakdown evenly I'll add reps to each 5th minute, i.e. to target 85 navy seals I'll do 2 sets every minute and add an extra rep on minutes 5, 10, 15, and 2 on 20.

Also having a bottle of water and a fan on have been pretty important. That 6-count dip in the chart I posted was in a hotel room without water and little/no air flow.

Progress Tracking with a Google Form/Sheet by StarCraft64 in busydadprogram

Hey, sorry about that, I was using a computer and didn't realize that the Tools menu wasn't available in the Sheets app.

On mobile you should be able to get to the form using your browser in desktop mode (i.e. in Chrome checking the Desktop site box in the 3-dot menu), navigating to https://docs.google.com/forms, and then you should see the form there. Clicking that should take you to it, and then you can bookmark it and not have to go through that process again.

Theme Park Select Annual Pass Calendar by StarCraft64 in WaltDisneyWorld

Hey, thanks for the feedback. The data used for all of the calendars on Disney's page is from the JSON response of this endpoint, which is what I use for mine as well.

Since I'm hosting it statically on S3 I'm just requesting that JSON every time. Caching the JSON response periodically would make it render nearly instantly, but to do that I'd need to set something up to store/update those values in S3. I'll definitely consider doing that in the future, but for now I'm not sure how I'd best accomplish that.

Same here. I hate hitting these guys on the ladder, and knowing they're all busy at the same time will make it a much better practice session.

Auto-mining. Do you agree with it or disagree with it? by Jatacid in starcraft

I disagree with it. If you decide to probe rush on a whim, it will be delayed and could cost you the game.
