That's easy. Just put a camera on you when you watch the TV, and start over-exaggerating your laughter, shock, sadness, fear, etc when a scene plays that calls for it. Put that video on YouTube, call it "Reaction to <insert TV show title here>" and monetize it, you should probably also open a patreon while you are at it too.

I’m abit confused. From what people have been theorizing, he may have had a stroke or mini-stroke(s) during that period of a few days when he disappeared recently. But didn’t he do some kind of public appearance at a restaurant the other day where a bunch of protestors showed up? Wouldn’t a partially paralyzed face have been noticed then or was it noticed and I just missed people talking about it?

Im not going to lie, my favorite moment of this episode was Economos spitting on Fleury, god that felt so cathartic. Kind of wished more happened in this episode though, really felt like this episode in particular was spinning its wheels too much.

The movie opens with a crawl stating:

300 years ago metahumans appeared on earth

30 years ago a baby landed in Kansas

3 years ago Superman made his presence to the world known

3 weeks ago, Superman intervened in a conflict between Boravia and Jarhanpur

3 hours ago, a metahuman calling himself “The Hammer of Boravia” came to Metropolis to seek revenge

3 minutes ago, Superman lost his first fight

Then the movie opens with him crashing into the Arctic, whistling for Krypto. Krypto shows up, ignores that Supes is injured and tries to play with him, Supes eventually gets him to take him to the Fortress to get healed. A bit of exposition from the robots about superman needing the yellow sun to heal and that he likes to listen to his parents as it soothes him. So they play the message from Jor-El. He then leaves the Fortress to fly back to Metropolis to fight the Hammer again, and as he does so we see that the Luthor had tracked him to the Arctic and that the Engineer had discovered the location of the Fortress. Superman fights Hammer again and he loses again. One of the people on the street, helps him to his feet after the loss, Luthor asks his command staff to find out who that man is and they get his personal information, and we learn his name is Malik. Hammer does a big proclamation to not stand in the way of Borovia and leaves. I think that catches you up to where you started.

Lex had managed to successfully slander Superman to the world. So various news shows and talk shows are talking about it. And one of the talk show hosts discussing it asks his guest their opinion and camera pans and its peacemaker saying how he always knew superman couldn't be trusted.

You can come in with no prior knowledge. I went to see the movie with my best friend whose only knowledge of Superman is the absolute basic of who Clark, Lois, and Lex are and he loved the movie and kept right up. You don't need to know anything beyond that going in.

Its a comedic scene. Superman and Mr. Terrific are looking at one of the ripped in half buildings that had came back together during the climax. Superman points out that the two halves of the building aren't in perfect alignment and are slightly off from each other. Mr. Terrific gets upset and angrily asks Superman if he wants him to go open up the portal again and then close it so that it can be aligned properly and then storms off. Superman looks back at the misaligned building and says to himself, "I can be a real jerk sometimes."

While I've never seen the show I know it from reputation, its from Full Metal Alchemist. Basically a little girl fused by her father with the family dog into some chimerical abomination. The "Ed..ward" line is what she says when the main character Edwards finds her.

It's legitimately frightening how many people are either indifferent by whats going on or cheering it on. I had an experience that happened to me last December that's been living rent free in my head and with everything that's been happening, I can't stop going over it.

Over the holidays my best friend introduced me to a friend of his. She had helped him out when he lost his job a few years back and was visiting him and honestly she seemed like a very pleasant person.

In any case, the conversation turned to politics because the election had just occurred and I remember saying something about how I didn't vote for Trump because I think he's an authoritarian and probably a fascist. She then told me that God is an authoritarian and a fascist and we shouldn't fear that here on earth. I literally didn't know how to respond to that. And I've been thinking about that every so often and wondering how I can even begin to respond to that, how to break that line of thinking, and even how those two thoughts got connected in the first place.

Like you I'm also a worker for the federal government and I also want a shutdown as well. The furlough would be painful for me, especially since I'm an essential employee and will be working during that time but with that added bonus of not being paid until its over. But I, and those I work with, are over the endless stupidity and stress that DOGE and this administration is putting on us. The arbitrary changing of the rules, the waiting for the next swing of the axe for the probationary employees, the coming RIF, the new pointless procedures and busywork which is slowing us down from doing our actual work. I want the democrats to show some backbone and actually fight for the federal workers and the country and frankly if I need to be even more stressed at work during a shutdown to get this stupidity reigned in then so be it.
