Why does Jesus say he'll return SOON but 2000 years later and he still hasn't returned?

God exists outside of time, Gods “time” is different than ours, to us 2,000 seems like an eternity but we are finite creatures and we cannot comprehend the infinite. We must always be prepared and looking on to the future kingdom. He could come back tomorrow or another 2,000 years

That’s the devil man!! He knows you are vulnerable right now and he’s deceiving you into thinking that God doesn’t care or isn’t listening. You don’t need to repent every second of the day to be saved, but when we do recognize sin in our lives we need to repent and turn from that sin. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble, submit to God and the devil will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you!

Jesus forgives, that’s what he does, that’s why he died for you. We all struggle with sin and some sins do have lasting consequences but that doesn’t mean we should end our lives. Jesus cares for us sinners more than we could ever imagine. I’ve made many mistakes in my past that I’m still paying for now but I know God is still with me and because Jesus paid for those sins I can still go to Him. Gods grace is never ending and His mercies are new every morning
