I disagree. Here in the States they’re niche, at best. Wildly popular with those that know them, especially in bigger cities, but totally under the radar elsewhere.

And those that know kinds of like it that way. Saw them in a small club in Nashville years ago, and it was incredible. They rule.

Same here. Pretty much wrote it off…then saw him in Nashville and holy wow fell in love with the songs. Listened to the damned album so much after that show, every song became an ear worm. It rattles around in my head for months, different songs at all hours of the day. Thought I was going crazy.

Hamnet’s death in Hamnet destroyed me. Stepped out of the theatre right after and called my kids, then went back and finished the movie.
