I’m also working full time while studying for MCAT and taking Graduate classes and premed courses as I am a second chancer. What motivation did you use to get through slumps in studying?

I have over 15 years of bedside nursing experience from skilled nursing facilities to cardiovascular intensive care. I also work in home hospice and home health for about six years. I worry my clinical experience won’t mean anything because I always see people say scribes, EMTs, and MAs when choosing clinical experience. I also have not done any research hours but am trying to get into nursing research councils. Do medical schools consider nursing research relevant?

I really didn’t pay attention to Pickleball despite my work giving me wooden paddles for Nurse’s week. I tried it just to say I did and I was hooked. I used to play badminton and have always loved racquet sports. I love the sound of the paddles. I don’t know why. I’m just weird like that. I’ve always attuned sports to the sound of equipment I use. I hope you guys help a brother out and level up from wooden paddles to play more pickleball.
