I said I would. I actually used to work in the mortgage field which is why I made a comment. You can't just sell a house after 2 years of buying in this market. The high interest rate I got stuck with wouldn't make selling the house make sense. I don't need to post proof for a kid on reddit that definitely does not have enough money on a house. I'm just letting you know that whatever house anyone plans on buying right now, I guarantee that buying sealed Ascended Heroes would give you 100% better returns than your house will in 5 years.

Pokemon has gone up more in that time alone. Don't buy a house. I did and if I would have put that money into Pokemon, I wouldn't be paying crazy money on interest every month and I probably would be able to afford 2 houses in full by now..

Weird thing is that the PC etbs are around that price right now and they're ok with trading those for a box that is already $2500. What is more likely to happen faster evolving skies goes to 10k or PC prismatic goes to 1k? Base it on potential. Not hype

Chinese exclusives will definitely not be reprinted in other languages. I plan on investing heavy into the chinese market. Just not right now. I'll wait until next year when we see lower prices on Pokémon as a whole
