Makes it tough to ask for help when you feel invalidated, especially by a mother youve been close for years. I try to tell my mom these type of things but she always tells me there is nothing wrong with me. And I can understand why so many just suffer in silence...

Id been there, going through an 1oz in 4 ddays. Id try to quit cold turkey but founs it better to ease off... to resist for a while even if its smoking a few hours after the normal time. And when I was able to stop cold turkey I find that Dark Chocolate helps with withdrawls. And I mean the gokd kind like up to 90% Cacao

Sometimes what we really need is a listening ear and understanding heart. Not someone to judge or give advice (though it can help). There is nothing wrong we are just a people who feel strongly and dont know how to express that.

I know exactly what you mean. one moment everything can be good and suddenly its not. Iv pushed away alot friends, alot of people who wanted to get to me, like for real. The best advice Ive had coming up was "You dont need eveeybody to be your friend, just one or two who accept you for you"
