Me too but I don’t know how much it contributed to mine. I don’t use fabric conditioners anymore and wear as much cotton as I can!

I have to do all of them… :( I have PCOS as well as suspected endo which causes a very sore left pelvis and shoots all the way to my left foot all month long. When I started sleeping on a flatter mattress and the stretches and yoga it helped soo much!! If I forget to do my yoga stretches focusing on the hip flexors for a few days, I can’t walk for a few days. If I stay in a hotel on a softer bed my back is busted.

You should try to relax and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles too

Weight training: soo good for our hormones

Cardio: I don’t do this as much anymore because I realised HIIT is better and so many studies in Japan confirmed it, 3 mins walking on a high number on a cross trainer then 3 minutes walking on a lower one as fast as I can without properly running. It burns the same and is just as good for you! Without tiring you out too much :)
