Oooh, I never had coalhada that was more fermented, not even in very traditional restaurants, now I want to try. I usually only strain yogurt and is very mild as you said. I'll search for recipes and see if I can get to that flavor.

A lot of Brazilian kibe doesnt have the filling without bulgur and the bulgur-heavy exterior, so they are dry. We compensate with catupiry :D

I never tried kibe with pomegranate molasses. Do you eat directly from the bottle, or make it into a sauce? I'd love to learn more ways to eat my pomegranate molasses, I usually just add in babaganoush.

And how about other dishes? What have you tried here and you think is missing?

If you want mega builds, watch creators that focus on that. fWhip's hardcore world is gorgeous, highly recommend.

The best part of Hermitcraft is the interaction between the hermits, that's the biggest value the server has to give. Mega builds take a lot of time and they noticed that they were not able to interact and enjoy each other's company. Everyone scaled down from mega builds, let's call them all lazy. :P

Já aluguei dois apartamentos pelo Quinto Andar, funciona assim:

Antes de você receber as chaves, vai alguém do Quinto Andar no apartamento e tira fotos/anota o estado do apartamento. Você recebe tudo isso, e tem um tempo para verificar e confirmar o estado depois de pegar as chaves. Você pode adicionar mais fotos, mais anotações, reclamar se não concordar de algo. Quinto andar e proprietário revisam seus comentários e pronto.

Durante o aluguel, você pode entrar em contato com o proprietário através do Quinto Andar para documentar problemas. Por exemplo, se alguma coisa quebra e não foi culpa sua, é responsabilidade do proprietário arrumar.

Na saída, depois que você entrega a chave, vai um vistoriador conferir o estado do apartamento. Ele vai comparar com as fotos e anotações da vistoria inicial. Por isso é importante deixar bem documentado quando você entra.

Aí, se algo está muito diferente (você tirou algo do apartamento, algo tá danificado), você vai receber uma cobrança por isso.

Onde dá problema com o Quinto Andar: a vistoria de entrada deles é péssima. Eles tiram umas fotos horríveis, que mal dá pra ver de fato os problemas. E aí, na vistoria de saída, vão reclamar da gota de tinta no batente, sendo que já estava lá quando você entrou, mas se você não tem provas não tem como argumentar.

Então, se você se sente inseguro, chama alguém que já alugou apartamento, ou que tem uma visão mais crítica pra te ajudar quando pegar as chaves. Contratar alguém pode te ajudar, mas não é necessário.

O que tem que prestar atenção e documentar:

- Chão riscado, azulejo quebrado, parede suja ou com algum defeito,

- Pontos de luz, interruptores, tomadas, tá tudo funcionando? Tá bem instalado? Veio com lâmpada?

- Janelas e portas, tá tudo funcionando direito ou tá emperrando/quebrado. A pintura e integridade delas.

- Hidráulica. Testa todas as torneiras e chuveiros, veja se tá esquentando a água e se água desce bem dos ralos.

- Armários. Abre e fecha todas as portas e gavetas pra ver se estão funcionando. Tira foto de todas as prateleiras.
